We charge a flat rate of $8.99 for standard shipping.  We do offer faster shipping for an additional charge. Please contact us if you need us to rush your delivery (extra charges apply). We offer Free shipping on orders over $150.  

Once you have placed an order, it takes approximately 2-5 days for processing before shipping out your item.

Teez-2-Crafts is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages. Once shipped, USPS is responsible. If you received confirmation that an order was delivered but did not receive the item, Contact your local post office.

 If you received an item that was found to be damaged, torn, or stained, You MUST notify Teez-2-Crafts via Email: customer_information@teez-2-crafts.com Within 2 days of receiving the item. You Must include a photo of the damaged merchandise in your email. Emails without Photos will not be accepted.

Items washed do not qualify for returns. Items bought in the wrong size or color are your responsibility and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for another size/color.
