How do I place an order?
We offer a couple ways to place an order. You can place an order by e-mail, or our website. For more detailed information on placing an order feel free to email us at: customer_information@teez-2-crafts.com
How do I pay for my order?
Payments can be made in the form of credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or via cash app. You can pay by e-mail, Cash App, or our website. Credit card sales will be assessed the current charge imposed by the credit card companies.
Do I get to see a "sample" before you print my order?
Yes, we will send a proof to you via email. Production will not begin on your order until we receive an approval from you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on what you are ordering. The typical production time for most custom printed products is 2-5 business days from final approval. Digital photo shirts can be shipped the next day at an additional cost. Please e-mail us for availability of this service. If you have a specific date to have your garments in hand, please supply us with that date.
Will I receive a confirmation after I place my order?
Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation if you place your order by online order form. If paying via cash app the order will not process till payment clears.
Will I be notified after my order has shipped?
On all orders you will receive an e-mail notification with details of your shipment.
What kind of artwork files do you accept?
We only accept the following file formats: JPG,SVG and PNG
Will the printing fade on my shirts after a few washings?
No. The image on sublimation printed t-shirts is very durable and will hold up for a long time as they are directly printed onto the garment using plastisol ink. "Wash" tests prove that the printing on "Photo" or "digitally imaged" t-shirts (which are transfers) is durable and holds up to many washings. Washing instructions are packed with the digital transfer shirts.
What is the largest size that can be printed on a T-Shirt?
The maximum image depends on the shirt size and location of the design. Contact our customer service department for more information.
I already have shirts. Will you print on them?
Yes. But this option is only available to local customers.
Do you sell transfers that I can apply on my own shirts?
No we do not. Our transfers are made to be affixed with high pressure machinery which is not available to the general public.
Do you have a guarantee on the products that you sell?
Our guarantee policy is very simple.
If we make a mistake on your order or the product is materially defective, we will remake it or issue you a store credit.
Do the prices of the products become lower when I buy larger quantities?
Yes. The more you buy, the lower the price.
If there is a problem with my order, what do I do?
You should contact us immediately by via e-mail. We want to help you resolve the problem as quickly and effectively as possible.
Do you screen print or embroider?
No, not at this time.
