Return Policy

If you received an item that was found to be damaged, torn, or stained, You MUST notify Teez-2-Crafts via Email: customer_information@teez-2-crafts.com Within 2 days of receiving the item. You Must include a photo of the damaged merchandise in your email. Emails without Photos will not be accepted.

Items washed do not qualify for returns. Items bought in the wrong size or color are your responsibility and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for another size/color.

Refund Policy

Since all of our items are custom or personalized we do not accept refunds.
