How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express via PayPal. We also accept Cash App or can send an invoice via email. If you need more help please feel free to email us at customer_information@teez-2-crafts.com
Do I get to see a "proof" before you print my order?
We will send a proof for approval via email. We cannot process your order until we receive an approval from you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on what you are ordering. The typical production time for most custom printed products is 2-5 business days from final approval. We do offer faster shipping options at an additional charge. If you have a specific date that you need your order by, Please let us know so we can try to accommodate that date (Additional rush Charge may apply).
What is the largest size that can be printed on a T-Shirt?
The maximum image depends on the shirt size and location of the design. Contact us at customer_information@teez-2-crafts.com
Do the prices of the products become lower when I buy larger quantities?
Yes. The more you buy, the lower the price.
Do you sell transfers that I can apply on my own shirts?
No we do not. Our transfers are made to be affixed with heat press not a household iron.
Do you have a guarantee on the products that you sell?
Our guarantee policy is very simple. If we make a mistake on your order or the product is materially defective, we will remake it or issue you a store credit.
If there is a problem with my order, what do I do?

Do you screen print or embroider?
No, not at this time
Will I be notified after my order has shipped?
Yes, On all orders you will receive an e-mail notification with details of your shipment.
What kind of artwork files do you accept?
We only accept high resolution images in the following file formats: .jpg, .svg, .png at this time.
I already have shirts. Will you print on them?
Yes. But this option is only available to local customers
Will the printing fade on my shirts after a few washings?
No. The ink or transfer is very durable and will hold up for a long time as they are directly printed onto the garment using plastisol ink. "Wash" tests prove that the printing on "Photo" or "digitally imaged" t-shirts (which are transfers) is durable and holds up to many washings. Washing instructions are packed with the digital transfer shirts.
